5th Annual Marla Miller Memorial Golf Tournament

The Marla Kay Miller memorial scholarship was set up to honor the memory of a young vibrant member of the AACE Southern California section who was taken by cancer far too soon. Marla worked at Los Angeles Metro in project controls and was an active member in the AACE Southern California Section. In an effort to perpetuate her spirit, desire for life-long learning, and her passion for project controls, this scholarship was set up in 2017 to honor the memory of Marla Miller.

Candidates for this scholarship are found through the outreach done by the AACE Southern California chapter. This scholarship acts as our way of raising awareness of project controls as a career to students. With the incredible demand for project controls professionals, this scholarship helps raise awareness and help students with tuition. By growing this fund, we hope to expand the number of annual scholarships given as well as the total money awarded in scholarships.
